Nodemailer v2.0.0 beta released

Nodemailer v2.0.0-rc.2 is now ready to be tried out. This is the final version before actual 2.0.0, no new changes are planned, except for bug fixes if needed.

Install it with:

npm install nodemailer@beta --save
